Hearing on Monday - Join the protest

U.S. District Judge Arthur Tarnow has scheduled a hearing for 2 p.m. this Monday. He'll listen to arguments to help him decide whether to issue a temporary injunction to stop the deer cull. The group that filed the lawsuit, the Ann Arbor Residents for Public Safety (not related to HSHV) encourages all concerned about the deer to come, bring signs, and protest outside just before the hearing. Monday, January 11 - (just before) 2 p.m. Theodore Levin United States Courthouse 231 W. Lafayette Detroit, MI Please note: If you'd like to enter the courtroom after the protest, please do not wear all red, as they do not allow any clothing with words or symbols of affiliation or everyone wearing the same color. You'll also need to put away any signs before entering the courtroom.
